I just wanna brag about my good friend, Kelly of Splash Mash Dash, who CRUSHED it at Ironman 70.3 Austin this past weekend. She WON HER AGE GROUP!!!!!!!
With that win, she earned a spot to the 2016 World Championships in Australia, where she’s originally from.
Is Kelly awesome? Yes, she is! She’s a total bad@ss.
A Fast Paced Life 
DUDE. Just…dude. I’ve done two 70.3s. One was an official Ironman race. My times were pretty good – but the winners in my age group still had at LEAST a half hour on me. That is crazy freaking awesome!! Congrats, Kelly!
